过去盐浴炉的辅助电极和主电极的联接是靠斜铁紧固的,这种方法的主要缺点是接触不良。1978年在向山东铝厂学习的基础上改用了“低熔点合金池”联接方法,其结构如图所示。制造方法是:在主电极需要安放辅助电极的地方焊一段φ40×50毫米的管子,做为安放低熔点合金的池子。再在辅助电极上(和主电极联接处)焊一φ20×40毫米的铁棒,做为接触棒。其他地方无需改动。
In the past, the auxiliary electrode of the salt bath furnace and the main electrode were fastened by a wedge iron. The main disadvantage of this method was poor contact. On the basis of learning from Shandong Aluminum Plant in 1978, the method of joining “low melting point alloy cell” was adopted, and its structure is as shown in the figure. The manufacturing method is: in the main electrode needs to be placed auxiliary electrode welding a section of φ40 × 50 mm tube, as placed low melting point alloy pool. Then in the auxiliary electrode (and the main electrode junction) welding a φ20 × 40 mm iron rod, as a contact rod. No need to change elsewhere.
