本文报道了两例儿童多发性肌炎肌纤维的超微结构研究。肌纤维病变以退变为主。其中Z线呈现各种变异,而Z线的变化又与A、I带的变化密切相关。病变肌纤维中以细肌丝的缺失最为显著,同时伴有线粒体退变和T小管显著减少。由于上述病变属于骨胳肌的非特异性改变,因此本研究对于其它病因导致的肌病在超微结构形态分析中可能具有参考意义。本文并对发病原因作了讨论。
This article reports the ultrastructure of myofibers in two children with polymyositis. The main muscle fiber degeneration. Among them, the Z line shows various variations, while the Z line changes are closely related to the changes of the A and I zones. Lesions in the muscle fibers to the most significant loss of filaments, accompanied by mitochondrial degeneration and T tubule significantly reduced. Because of the nonspecific changes of skeletal muscle, the study may have reference significance in the ultrastructural analysis of myopathies caused by other etiologies. This article also discussed the cause of the disease.
