本文从价值论视角入手,指出图书馆的自我价值是图书馆自我需求的满足及内在能力的建构与发展,是实现图书馆社会价值的必要能力前提,并结合学科服务的发展现状,指出图书馆的内在服务能力尤其是学科馆员的个人能力成为制约学科服务学科化、纵深化发展的主要瓶颈,这就需要将图书馆学科服务能力的建设放在与用户的价值关系的分析框架内进行考量,以用户的信息需求为参照有针对性地建立起自身的服务能力体系,且这种学科服务能力体系是一个随用户需求的变化而动态发展、渐次丰富的开放体系。
This article starts from the perspective of value theory, points out that library self-worth is the satisfaction of library self-demand and the construction and development of internal ability, which is the necessary prerequisite for realizing the social value of library. Combining with the development of subject service, The intrinsic ability of service, especially the individual ability of subject librarians, becomes the main bottleneck that restricts the disciplinary and in-depth development of subject service, which requires consideration of the construction of library discipline service ability in the analytical framework of the relationship with users’ value , With the information needs of users as a reference to set up their own ability to service system, and this system of service capabilities is a dynamic development with the changing needs of users, and gradually rich open system.
