目的:探讨胃肠道肿瘤患者行根治术治疗后,给予抗生素并联合肠外营养支持的效果。方法:62例患者均行胃肠道肿瘤根治术,随机分为观察组(31例)与对照组(31例),两组患者均在术后使用抗生素,对照组在抗生素基础上联合复方氨基酸支持治疗,观察组联合丙氨酰谷氨酰胺治疗,治疗前,对患者的血红蛋白水平、血清白蛋白以及体重指数等进行测定,并分析抗感染效果。结果:两组患者术后治疗1周,观察组抗感染效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05),两组经2周治疗后,各项指标均高于治疗前,且观察组更为显著,与对照组比较P<0.05。结论:对胃肠道肿瘤患者术后给予抗生素并丙氨酰谷氨酰胺治疗,效果显著,可减少感染与术后并发症,值得推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of antibiotics combined with parenteral nutrition after radical surgery in patients with gastrointestinal cancer. Methods: Totally 62 patients underwent radical surgery of the gastrointestinal tract. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group (31 cases) and the control group (31 cases). The patients in both groups were given antibiotics after operation. The patients in the control group were treated with antibiotics combined with compound amino acids Supportive treatment, the observation group combined with alanyl glutamine treatment, before treatment, the patient’s hemoglobin levels, serum albumin and body mass index were measured, and analysis of anti-infective effect. Results: The two groups of patients after treatment for 1 week, the observation group anti-infection effect was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05), two weeks after treatment, the two indicators were higher than before treatment, and the observation group was more significant , P <0.05 compared with the control group. Conclusion: The treatment of gastrointestinal cancer patients with antibiotics and alanyl-glutamine after operation is effective and can reduce the infection and postoperative complications, which is worth popularizing and applying.
