以X80管线钢为例,对2250热连轧生产高级别管线钢的成分设计及工艺控制进行了阐述。对生产的X80级高级别管线钢的力学性能、显微组织、析出物进行了分析研究。结果表明:2250热连轧生产的厚度规格为18.4mm的X80级高级别管线钢力学性能优良,平均屈服强度为655MPa,平均抗拉强度为750MPa,屈强比为0.87,-20℃条件下冲击功大于280J,-15℃条件下DWTT平均纤维断面率为95%。通过对显微组织进行观察发现X80级高级别管线钢的显微组织主要为粒状贝氏体加针状铁素体组织,析出物分布均匀,尺寸约在20nm左右。
Taking X80 pipeline steel as an example, the composition design and process control of high grade pipeline steel for 2250 hot strip mill are described. The mechanical properties, microstructure and precipitates of X80 grade high-grade pipeline steel were analyzed and studied. The results show that the X80 grade high grade pipeline steel with thickness of 18.4mm produced by 2250 hot rolling has excellent mechanical properties, average yield strength of 655MPa, average tensile strength of 750MPa, yield ratio of 0.87, impact at -20 ℃ Work is greater than 280J, DWTT average fiber cross-sectional area of 95% at -15 ℃ conditions. Through the observation of the microstructure, it was found that the microstructure of the X80 grade high-grade pipeline steel is mainly granular bainite and acicular ferrite with uniform distribution of precipitates about 20nm in size.
