通过对宝鸡市水资源现状和各行业水资源利用情况的分析得出,该市地表水含沙量高、水质污染严重。地下水开采过度,导致水资源严重短缺。同时,结合宝鸡市需水量发展趋势和城市供水发展规划,预测2010年和2020年宝鸡城市需水量分别为82.84×10~4 m~3/d和133.41×10~4 m~3/d;并对水资源供需问题作了详细分析,指出2010年和2020年宝鸡城市短缺水量为10.84×10~4 m~3/d和61.41×10~4 m~3/d。最后,针对水资源利用现状存在的问题,提出了适合宝鸡城市用水可持续发展的保障对策,即再生水回用、节水、开发外调水资源以及水资源管理等。
Through the analysis of the current situation of water resources in Baoji City and the utilization of water resources in various industries, it is concluded that the surface water in the city contains a high amount of sediment and the water quality is seriously polluted. Over-exploitation of groundwater leads to a serious shortage of water resources. In the meantime, the urban water demand of Baoji is predicted to be 82.84 × 10 ~ 4 m 3 / d and 133.41 × 10 ~ 4 m 3 / d respectively by 2010 and 2020 according to the development trend of water demand and urban water supply in Baoji City. A detailed analysis of the water supply and demand problems was made, pointing out that the urban shortfall water supply in 2010 and 2020 was 10.84 × 10 ~ 4 m 3 / d and 61.41 × 10 ~ 4 m 3 / d. Finally, in view of the existing problems in the utilization of water resources, some countermeasures for the sustainable development of urban water use in Baoji city are put forward, that is, reuse of reclaimed water, water conservation, development of water resources for external adjustment and water resources management.
