自噬是一种普遍存在于细胞的生命现象,与细胞的生长、增殖、分化、凋亡、癌变都有密切的关系。随着对自噬与肿瘤关系的研究的不断深入,研究者对自噬在多发性骨髓瘤(MM)中的作用逐渐关注。研究发现,自噬与骨髓瘤细胞的生存、增殖和死亡有重要关系,且骨髓瘤细胞的自噬水平也明显高于正常浆细胞。这些发现为骨髓瘤的治疗提供了新的思路。本文就自噬在MM中的研究进展做一综述。
Autophagy is a ubiquitous life phenomenon in cells, and cell growth, proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, cancer are closely related. With the deepening of the research on the relationship between autophagy and tumor, researchers pay more and more attention to the role of autophagy in multiple myeloma (MM). The study found that autophagy and myeloma cells survival, proliferation and death have an important relationship, and myeloma cells autophagy levels were significantly higher than normal plasma cells. These findings provide a new idea for the treatment of myeloma. This article reviews the progress of autophagy in MM.
