自1990～1997年收治了45例54～76岁急性肾功能衰竭病人,经对临床资料分析,多数由于多脏器功能低下,加之物理、化学因素所致,出现急性肾功能衰竭。结合患者的临床表现,并对临床治疗效果进行了分析。
Forty-five patients aged 54-76 years with acute renal failure were admitted to our hospital from 1990 to 1997. According to the analysis of clinical data, the majority of patients have acute renal failure due to multiple organ dysfunction and physical and chemical factors. Combined with the clinical manifestations of patients, and clinical effects were analyzed.
