广东粤华发电有限责任公司(原黄埔发电厂)6号机组高压调门油动机存在卡涩,为寻找卡涩原因,对油动 机进行了解体检查。解体检查后,发现高压调门油动机内,部件连接的设计不合理,各部套单边上、下对称磨损使配合 径向间隙超过了要求。后根据设备实际情况制定出改进方案,实施后取得良好效果,消除了油动机的卡涩。
Guangdong Yuehua Power Generation Co., Ltd. (formerly Huangpu Power Plant) Unit No. 6 high-pressure regulating door oil motivated jam astringent, in order to find the reason for the jam, the disintegration of oil motivation for inspection. After the disintegration inspection, it was found that the design of the connection of the components in the high pressure regulating door oil was unreasonable. The symmetrical wear on the upper and lower sides of the single sets exceeded the requirements with the radial clearance. According to the actual situation of the equipment to develop improved programs, achieved good results after implementation, eliminating the jamming of the oil motive.
