背景:久坐极易导致腰痛。本研究旨在确定积极坐姿是否会增加躯体运动。方法:15名健康女性志愿者分别在气垫、稳定球和硬面这三种不同材质的坐具上坐30分钟。用Vicon运动捕捉系统检测躯干运动,用两块AMTI力板收集两脚的压力中心。结果:躯干中心质量的平均速度随坐具表面柔软度增加而明显增加。受试者坐于稳定球上时两脚前后方向上的压力中心明显不同于坐在气垫和硬面椅上。结论:积极坐姿能促进躯体运动并有益于腰部健康。
Background: Sedentary can easily lead to back pain. The aim of this study was to determine if sitting positively increased body movement. METHODS: Fifteen healthy female volunteers were seated for 30 minutes on air-cushion, stabilizing ball and hard-surfaced three different materials. Torso motion was measured using the Vicon motion capture system and the pressure center of both feet was collected using two AMTI plates. Results: The average speed of trunk center mass increased significantly with the increasing softness of the sitting surface. When the subject was sitting on a stable ball, the center of pressure in the anteroposterior direction of the two feet was significantly different from sitting on the cushion and hard chair. Conclusion: Positive sitting can promote physical activity and benefit waist health.
