无论哪个工厂设计队伍,都有一支不小的设备设计力量,据不完全统计约占整个工厂设计人员的10%左右。但是,怎样发挥设备设计人员的潜力,还存在认识上、体制上,组织上、管理上各方面的问题。尤其在当前调整时期,如何使用这批力量更好地为工厂设计和四化建设服务,是很值得研究的。大致存在如下五个问题。 1.对工厂设计中设备设计专业的作用认识不足。建国初期,陆续兴办了很多设计单位。廿多年来,设备设计工作中暴露出一些矛盾,使人们逐渐有所认识,但迄今还很不够。因此,在人力安排、计划编制、组织形式、物资配备等一系列问题上都满足不了客观的需要,使设备设计专业得不到尽快
No matter which factory design team, there is a large number of equipment design forces. According to incomplete statistics, it accounts for about 10% of the entire plant designers. However, there are still problems in understanding, institutional, organizational, and management aspects of how to harness the potential of equipment designers. Especially in the current adjustment period, how to use these forces to better serve the plant design and the four modernization constructions is worth studying. There are roughly the following five problems. 1. Insufficient understanding of the role of equipment design professionals in factory design. In the early years after the founding of the People’s Republic of China, many design units were set up one after another. Over the years, some contradictions have been exposed in the design of equipment and people have gradually become aware of it, but so far it has not been enough. Therefore, it is impossible to meet the objective needs in a series of issues such as manpower arrangement, plan preparation, organization form, and material allocation, so that the equipment design profession cannot be achieved as quickly as possible.
