国企对人才的吸引力不强,留住人才具有一定的难度,这已经成为制约国企发展的现实问题,造成这种现象的原因多种多样,人力资源管理存在误区无疑成为其中重要因素,文章对当前国企人力资源管理存在的误区进行分析,为推动国企人力资源管理水平提高提供有益思路。
The attraction of state-owned enterprises to talents is not strong enough to retain qualified personnel. This has become a practical problem that restricts the development of state-owned enterprises. There are many reasons for this phenomenon. Misunderstandings in human resources management will undoubtedly become an important factor in this regard. The current misunderstanding of human resource management in state-owned enterprises is analyzed, providing useful ideas for promoting the improvement of human resource management in state-owned enterprises.
