为了有效提升我国事业单位的工作效率,使其为社会做出更大的贡献,各事业单位都对自身的人事制度进行了调整,并开始实施竞聘上岗的人员聘用制度,有效改善了事业单位以往人事制度存在的问题,实现了高效率的单位用人模式。通过对事业单位竞聘上岗制度应用现状的分析,寻找出事业单位竞聘上岗制度的合理开展方式,旨在促进我国事业单位竞聘上岗制度的全面推广。
