随着经济的不断发展，城市的交通总量呈现出不断上升的趋势。在城市道路面积密度相对不变或增长缓慢的情况下，这种总量的增长势必导致城市交通负荷加重。如何从宏观上有效控制域市的交通总量，缓解城市的交通拥堵，是当前城市管理的一个重要课题。
With the continuous development of economy, the total traffic volume of the city shows a rising trend. In cities with relatively constant or declining road area density, this increase in total traffic will inevitably lead to increased urban traffic loads. How to effectively control the total amount of traffic in a domain city and alleviate the traffic congestion in a city is an important issue in current urban management.
