本研究根据流精矿中金矿物的嵌布状态和载金矿物的特性,从理论和实践两方面进行了较深入的探讨,确定了最易实现工业化的浮选流程,获得了良好的选矿指标。在原硫精矿含铜0.67%,金5.01g/t,银17.239/t,硫35.17%的情况下,经氧化浮选后,可获得铜金精矿:βCu=15.59%、βAu=112g/t、βAg=210g/t、εCu=77.3%、εAu=74.88%、εAg=40.7%的好指标。尾矿(硫精矿)中βs=35.4%、εs=97.31%、可作为硫精矿出售。
According to the embedded state of gold minerals and the characteristics of gold-bearing minerals in the concentrate, the study explored in both theoretical and practical aspects, and determined the flotation process that is most easy to realize industrialization and obtained good beneficiation indexes . In the case of raw sulfur concentrate containing 0.67% copper, 5.01g / t gold, 17.239% silver and 35.17% sulfur, the copper-gold concentrate can be obtained after the flotation by oxidation: βCu = 15 .59%, βAu = 112g / t, βAg = 210g / t, εCu = 77.3%, εAu = 74.88%, εAg = 40.7%.
