本研究以薄壳山核桃外果皮为试材,茶蔗子葡萄座腔菌(Botryosphaeria dothidea)为供试菌种,采用带毒培养基培养菌种的方法,进行薄壳山核桃外果皮萃取液抑菌活性测定实验;同时以芥菜(Brassica juncea)种子为供试种子,进行薄壳山核桃外果皮的化感实验.结果显示,薄壳山核桃外果皮提取液5个萃取相中,乙酸乙酯相和水相的相对抑制率最高,分别为88.89%~100%和91.89%~100%.在化感实验中,薄壳山核桃外果皮提取液的5种萃取相,其中乙酸乙酯相和石油醚相的抑制效果可达到56.89%和57.33%.因此,薄壳山核桃外果皮提取物在抑菌活性方面具有一定实际应用价值.“,”Using Carya illinoensis (Wangenh.) K.Koch husk extract,the seeds are tested for the ability to inhibit seed germination of certain inhibitory effect of ethyl acetate and petroleum ether phase can reach 56.89% and 57.33%.Therefore,the study on the antibacterial activity of the Carya illinoensis (Wangenh.) K.Koch husk extract has certain research value.
