The Aichi Cancer Center in Japan treated 1913 cases of gastric cancer from 1983 to 1992. Among them, there were 493 patients with lymph node metastasis but not invading neighboring tissues and without distant metastases. These cases were divided into new TNM staging (pN -- according to the number of metastatic lymph nodes) and Japan’s gastric cancer staging method (JCGC). A retrospective follow-up study was conducted to analyze and compare 5-year survival rates. New p
