目的 :对孤独症儿童父母的心理健康情况进行分析。方法 :选取2014年12月-2015年12月经确诊为孤独症的40例儿童父母作为观察组,40例正常儿童父母作为对照组,对两组父母进行焦虑,抑郁测评,并对观察组研究对象进行健康教育。结果 :健康教育前,观察组抑郁自评、焦虑自评分数都高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);健康教育实施后,观察组各项数据与之前相比差异有统计学意义(p<0.05),而与对照组差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论 :孤独症儿童父母心理问题较大,需要采取科学健康教育,改善心理状态。
Objective: To analyze the mental health of parents of autistic children. Methods: Forty parents of 40 children diagnosed with autism from December 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the observation group and 40 normal children as the control group. The parents of the two groups were evaluated for anxiety and depression. Health education. Results: Before health education, self-assessment scores of depression and anxiety were higher in the observation group than in the control group (p <0.05); after the implementation of health education, there was statistical difference between the observation group and the previous study Significance (p <0.05), but no significant difference with the control group (p> 0.05). Conclusion: Parents of autistic children have more psychological problems and need to take scientific health education to improve the psychological status.
