由CARMA1、BCL10和MALT1 3种蛋白分子形成的CBM复合物,是活化NF-κB的信号转导通路中的重要信号分子,在调控淋巴细胞增殖和分化的过程中具有重要作用。本文主要综述了该信号通路分子的结构和主要在T细胞增殖和分化中的功能的研究新进展以及在T细胞肿瘤中的异常改变和相关分子机制。
The CBM complex formed by CARMA1, BCL10 and MALT1 protein molecules is an important signaling molecule in the signal transduction pathway that activates NF-κB and plays an important role in the regulation of lymphocyte proliferation and differentiation. This review summarizes the recent advances in the molecular structure of the signaling pathway and its functions primarily in T cell proliferation and differentiation as well as the abnormal changes in T cell tumors and related molecular mechanisms.
