采用小真空炉冶炼试验用各种中碳微合金钢。通过热扭转试验获得用的热塑性曲线,同时还以各种冷却速度对锻造成形工序进行摸拟,以获得贝氏体组织。根据摸拟试验结果,选择了含Mo的微合金钢锻造汽车重要件轮毂,并进行了金相组织和力学性能研究。
Small vacuum furnace smelting test with a variety of carbon micro-alloy steel. The thermoplastic curve obtained by the hot-torsion test was also simulated for the forging process at various cooling rates to obtain bainitic structure. According to the results of the simulation test, the micro-alloyed steel containing Mo was selected to forge the wheel hub of automobile and the microstructure and mechanical properties were studied.
