广西化工股份有限公司年产20万t硝基复合肥项目中φ3.2m×29.25m双端进气硝铵烘干设备由我公司设计制造。针对硝铵烘干的基本要求:粒状硝铵进料w(H2O)3%～4%,进料温度80～90℃,进料端进气温度140℃,出料端进气温度120℃,处理能力32～45 t/h,成品为w(H2O)≤0.3%的粒状多孔硝铵。我们设计制造的φ3.2m×29.25mm双端进气转筒烘干机具有两个显著特点:一是采用两端进气中间排气,热气体通过量大,热效率高;二是筒体水平布置靠抄板布置形式(角度)的变化推进物料。同时,可根据不同物料调整其处理量,降低设备安装的土建费用。
