目的研究漏芦甾酮总提取物对小鼠学习记忆功能的影响,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法采用跳台法、避暗法及水迷路法观察漏芦甾酮总提取物对小鼠学习记忆功能的影响;采用震颤强度评分法评价药物作用与中枢胆碱能神经系统的相关性。结果漏芦甾酮总提取物能显著对抗东莨菪碱所致的记忆获得障碍及环己酰亚胺所致的记忆巩固障碍;显著对抗东莨菪碱所致的小鼠空间辩别障碍;增强氧化震颤素所致小鼠震颤的强度。结论漏芦甾酮总提取物有改善小鼠学习记忆障碍的作用,该作用可能与其增强中枢胆碱能神经系统功能有关。
Objective To study the effects of total extracts of Rhizoma lycotrid on learning and memory function in mice and to explore its mechanism. Methods The ability of learning and memory function of mice was observed by step-down method, avoidance method and water labyrinth method. The tremor intensity score method was used to evaluate the correlation between drug effect and central cholinergic nervous system. RESULTS: The total extract of Leishmaniae could significantly counteract the memory acquisition disorders caused by scopolamine and the memory consolidation disorders caused by cycloheximide; significantly counteract the spatial discrimination disorders caused by scopolamine in mice; The intensity of tremors in mice. Conclusion The total extract of Leishmaniae can improve the learning and memory impairment in mice, which may be related to the enhancement of the function of the central cholinergic nervous system.
