自从中国政府实行改革开赦政策以来,港口已经发生了巨大的变化。2001年,中国的货物吞吐量超亿吨韵港口已经达到7个,其中上海港为2.2亿吨;集装箱吞吐量超过一百万标准箱的港口有8个,其中上海港为634万标准箱,居世界第五位;深圳为507万标准箱,居世界第八位。按照今年1~8月的港口生产情况,上海港和深圳港分别将超过820万标准箱和接近750万标准箱,显示了迅猛发展的势头。中国港口所取得的成就,固然与中国的经济高速发展密切相关,同时,也应归功于港口投资体制改革和投资主体多元化的形成,使港口的建设与营运能够适应国民经济和社会发展的巨大需求。
Since the Chinese government implemented the policy of reform, opening up and forgiving, the port has undergone tremendous changes. In 2001, China had over 700 million tons of cargo throughput ports, of which 220 million tons were Shanghai ports. There were 8 ports with container throughputs of over 1 million TEUs, including 6.34 million TEUs of ports in Shanghai, Ranking fifth in the world; Shenzhen was 5.07 million TEUs, ranking eighth in the world. According to the port production situation from January to August this year, Shanghai Port and Shenzhen Port will respectively exceed 8.2 million TEUs and nearly 7.5 million TEUs, showing a momentum of rapid development. Although the achievements made by China’s ports are closely related to the rapid economic development of China, they should also be attributed to the formation of the port investment system and the diversification of investment entities so that the construction and operation of ports can adapt to the huge economic and social development of the country demand.
