语言能力是促进外来工社会融合的前提与基础。本文基于2010年珠三角和长三角4152名外来工问卷的调查数据,对外来工语言能力的影响因素进行多维分析。结果表明,样本中,外来工语言能力低者的百分比为39.4;Logit回归分析表明,语言距离、交往机会、外出打工年限以及打工动机等因素对外来工语言能力具有显著的预测作用。语言接触是提高外来工语言能力的关键。 Language ability is the premise and basis for promoting the social integration of migrant workers. Based on the survey data of 4152 migrant workers in the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta in 2010, this paper conducts a multidimensional analysis on the influencing factors of the language ability of migrant workers. The results showed that the percentage of migrant workers with low linguistic ability in the sample was 39.4. The logistic regression analysis showed that the linguistic distance, interaction opportunities, length of working days and working motivation were significant predictors of foreign language proficiency. Language contact is the key to improving the language skills of migrant workers.
