本文通过对微观经济组织产权演进的考察，以及对股份制企业集团产权管理特殊性的分析，探讨了我国股份制企业集团产权管理体系的构建问题。文章认为，要想使我国股份制企业集团的产权管理符合现代微观经济组织制度的要求，就要以产权管理组织体系的设置和产权管理领导制度的构建为重点，来设计我国股份制企业集团的产权管理体制。
