探讨珍珠层粉水解液预防白内障的作用机理。结果表明，珍珠层粉水解液中含有１８种氨基酸，其中包括人体内所必需的８ 种氨基酸和多种微量元素；具有保护大鼠晶体内水溶性蛋白、超氧化物歧化酶（ Ｓ Ｏ Ｄ） 和还原型谷胱甘肽（ Ｇ Ｓ Ｈ） 的能力，能抑制脂质过氧化和清除活性氧自由基，这些都与珍珠层粉水解液预防白内障的作用密切相关。
To explore the mechanism of action of nacre powder hydrolysate in preventing cataract. The results showed that nacre powder hydrolysate contains 18 kinds of amino acids, including 8 kinds of amino acids and many trace elements necessary in the human body; it protects water-soluble protein and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in rat crystals. And the ability of reduced glutathione (GSH) to inhibit lipid peroxidation and scavenge reactive oxygen species, which are closely related to the role of nacre powder hydrolysate in the prevention of cataract.
