财政教育支出的经济增长效应是近年来经济学界研究的一个重要问题之一,已成为当代社会生产力增长的一个重要因素。通过建立一个包含财政教育支出的两部门内生增长模型,采用VAR协整检验与Granger因果关系检验,对中国财政教育支出的经济增长效应进行分析,实证结论是:长时期内中国财政教育支出的经济增长效应是正,但时滞较为明显。因此,中国应进一步增加财政教育支出,并通过改进支出结构,使之对社会生产力和长期经济增长起到更为重要的促进作用。
The economic growth effect of the expenditures on education and education is one of the important issues studied by the economists in recent years and has become an important factor in the growth of productivity in contemporary society. Through the establishment of a two-part endogenous growth model which includes the expenditures on education and education, the paper uses the VAR cointegration test and the Granger causality test to analyze the economic growth effect of China’s financial education expenditure. The empirical conclusion is: The effect of economic growth is positive, but the time lag is more obvious. Therefore, China should further increase spending on finance and education and make it play an even more important role in promoting social productivity and long-term economic growth by improving its expenditure structure.
