六味地黄丸出自《小儿药证直诀》，由熟地黄、山药、山茱萸、牡丹皮、泽泻、茯苓组成，具有滋阴补肾之功，主治肾阴不足，症见腰膝　软，头晕目眩，耳鸣耳聋，骨蒸潮热，手足心热，舌红、少苔，脉沉细数。笔者以此方加减治疗血精、失音、夜间多尿等病症，疗效颇佳，兹介绍如下 Liu Wei Di Huang Wan comes from “Pediatric Syndrome” and consists of Rehmannia glutinosa, Chinese yam, hawthorn, peony bark, Alisma, and Poria.
