我院自1985年4～7月共收治氟中毒椎管内肿瘤病人8例,与河北省地方病防治所报告的13例氟骨症性脊髓压迫症对比,发现其症状相似,且均在地方性氟中毒病区,极易误诊。 病例均来自地方性氟中毒重病区,河北省赵县和临漳县,水氟含量3.4～5.2mg/L。11例病人均做X-线常规拍片,行椎管造影,加做腰椎CT及MR。确诊氟骨症组男4例,女7例。发病年龄最大72岁,最小35岁。肿瘤组男5例,女3例,发病年龄最大65岁,最小23岁。氟骨症组尿氟均值6.89mg/L,肿瘤组6.56mg/L,两组无显著差异。 临床症状 氟骨症组,双下肢根性疼痛麻木13例,双下肢活动受限8例,双下肢瘫痪3例;肿瘤组,根性疼痛麻木4例,由一例肢体运动障碍发展
Our hospital from April 1985 to April received a total of 8 cases of fluorosis in patients with spinal canal tumor, and endemic diseases prevention and treatment of Hebei Province reported in 13 cases of skeletal fluorosis complication, and found that the symptoms were similar, and are in the local Fluorosis area, easily misdiagnosed. Cases were from endemic fluorosis, Zhao County and Linzhang County, Hebei Province, water fluoride content 3.4 ~ 5.2mg / L. All 11 patients underwent X-ray conventional radiography, spinal canal angiography and lumbar CT and MR. Fluorosis bone group diagnosed 4 cases, 7 females. The age of onset is 72 years old, minimum 35 years old. There were 5 males and 3 females in the tumor group, with a maximum age of onset of 65 years and a minimum of 23 years. Urinary fluorosis group urinary fluoride mean 6.89mg / L, tumor group 6.56mg / L, no significant difference between the two groups. Clinical symptoms Fluorosis group, 13 cases of numbness of lower extremity root pain, 8 cases of double lower extremity movement limitation, 3 cases of paralysis of both lower limbs; 4 cases of tumor group, root pain numbness, developed by a case of limb movement disorder
