用SD2月龄大鼠56只,建立皮质损伤模型.设胰岛素脑室内注射(0.6μl/次/3天)7组28只,分别存活1,2,3,4,5,6,8周,及相应对照组28只和正常组4只.用AchE染色法观察损伤切口两侧纤维密度的变化.结果:对照组切口尾侧纤维较正常组大量丢失,嘴侧部分丢失,第3周开始升高,4周后嘴侧纤维超过正常值,同时尾侧也有较大幅度回升,5周后增加变缓.胰岛素用药组与同期对照组相比(除8周嘴侧),各时间组均高于对照组,差别有显著性(P<0.01或P<0.05).提示:胰岛素对皮质胆碱能纤维损伤后的再生有促进作用.
