目的:考察茖葱( Allium victorialis L.)中的5 种化合物对小鼠培养心肌细胞的作用。方法:制备小鼠的培养心肌细胞,利用微机控制的图像分析监视系统,考察茖葱中分离出的5 种挥发性成分对培养心肌细胞的心率及振幅的作用。结果:其中二甲基二硫、甲基烯丙基三硫、甲基烯丙基硫醚和二烯丙基二硫对培养心肌细胞的心率和振幅均有明显的增强作用,并对Ca2 +ATP酶有明显的抑制作用,而不含硫的2戊酮对心率、振幅、Na+ ,K+ATP 酶及Ca2+ATP酶均无影响。结论:含硫化合物引起的正性肌力作用可能与它的酶抑制作用有关。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of five compounds from leek (Allium victorialis L.) on cultured cardiomyocytes in mice. Methods: The cultured cardiac myocytes of mice were prepared, and the effects of five volatile components isolated from leek on the heart rate and amplitude of cultured cardiomyocytes were investigated using a computer-controlled image analysis and surveillance system. Results: Among them, dimethyl disulfide, methyl allyl trisulfide, methyl allyl sulfide and diallyl disulfide all had obvious enhancement on the heart rate and amplitude of cultured cardiomyocytes, and Ca2+ ATPase has obvious inhibitory effects, but 2-pentanone without sulfur has no effect on heart rate, amplitude, Na+, K+ ATPase and Ca2+ ATPase. Conclusion: The inotropic effect caused by sulfur compounds may be related to its enzyme inhibitory effect.
