高校健身健美运动现状的探讨

本文分析了当前高校健身健美运动现状,探究了在教学过程中所存在的问题和不足,并有针对性的提出了加强高校健身健美运动的具体建议措施,以推动健身健美运动在高校的正常有序发展。 This article analyzes the status quo of bodybuilding and bodybuilding in colleges and universities to explore the problems and shortcomings in the teaching process, and put forward specific suggestions to strengthen the bodybuilding and bodybuilding in colleges and universities to promote the bodybuilding and bodybuilding in the normal Order development.
