介绍一种新型空冷钢塔,采用单层三角形网格结构体系,塔筒内部设置水平加强环。采用STAAD有限元软件建模,进行恒活荷载、地震、温度和风载作用下的计算。探讨这种体系的静力特性和空间性能,分析各类杆件的受力情况和内力分布规律。还对比了不同加强环设置道数、不同径矢比大小的差异。结果表明,这种体系具有良好的整体性、较大的抗侧刚度和抗风能力,适宜于建造空冷塔。
A new type of air-cooled steel tower is introduced. The single-layer triangular grid structure system is adopted and the horizontal reinforcement ring is set inside the tower. STAAD finite element software modeling, the constant live load, earthquake, temperature and wind load calculations. The static characteristics and the space performance of this system are discussed, and the force distribution and internal force distribution of all kinds of bars are analyzed. Also compared the number of different ways to strengthen the ring set, different diameter ratio of the size of the difference. The results show that this system has a good integrity, greater lateral stiffness and wind resistance, suitable for the construction of air-cooled tower.
