通过对前手翻分腿依次落地动作结构和技术特点进行比较详细的分析,结果表明:在趋步阶段采用平推式低平快速,重心起伏少,有利于水平速度的发挥,但位能较小,不利于推手时获得较大的支撑反作用力;采用屈臂推手技术能充分发挥上肢肌群的张力变化中,形成的弹性势能,获得较大的推手力量。旨在为前手翻分腿依次落地动作教学训练工作提供参考依据。
