神经损伤后,感觉神经节内发生细胞增殖。虽然通过增殖细胞的形态学和位置特点,初步推断增殖细胞为卫星胶质细胞,但是增殖细胞的具体类型和特性尚不清楚。本研究采用BrdU标记和免疫荧光双标的方法,试图解决以下3个问题:①在眶下神经CCI模型中,增殖细胞除了包括卫星胶质细胞,是否还包括其他细胞类型?②增殖的卫星胶质细胞与受损神经元之间的关系。③增殖的卫星胶质细胞是否发生表型改变?研究结果如下:①眶下神经CCI术后1天出现增殖细胞,4天达到高峰,随后逐渐降低。②三叉神经节增殖
