Changes in the number of pests are the manifestation of the interaction and the unity of contradictions between the genetic and physiological (physiological, ecological characteristics and adaptability) and external environmental conditions (biological and non-biological factors) of species and populations. This kind of manifestation has the time and space difference as well as the relationship between the master and the subordinate, thus affecting the same kind of pest, in different stages or different regions, the fluctuation of population quantity, how to look for the regularity among the intricate phenomena (Ie relevance).
