拟建的嫩江尼尔基水利枢纽，正常蓄水位 216 m以下淹没人口 51 358人，淹没房屋 829 252 m2，淹没耕地 22 663 hm2。库区移民采取以土地为依托的大农业安置方式。
The proposed Nenjiang Water Conservancy Project in Nenjiang River has a submerged population of 51 358 under the normal water level of 216 m, flooding houses of 829 252 m2 and inundating 22 663 hm2 of cultivated land. Resettlers in the reservoir area take the land-based agro-relocation approach.
