目的:建立汉桃叶中反-丁烯二酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用VP-ODS C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;以甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(5∶95)为流动相;流速为1.0mL/min;检测波长为210nm。结果:汉桃叶中的反-丁烯二酸含量测定方法在0.04128~0.33024范围内时进样量与峰面积的线性关系良好(r值为0.9999);平均回收率为98.67%,RSD为1.24%。结论:所建立的方法准确、灵敏、重现性好,可用于汉桃叶的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of trans-butenedioic acid in the leaves of Han fruit. METHODS: A VP-ODS C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid solution (5:95). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 210 nm. RESULTS: The linear relationship between injection volume and peak area was good in the range from 0.04128 to 0.33024 (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 98.67% and the RSD was 1.24. %. Conclusion: The established method is accurate, sensitive, and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Chinese peach leaf.
