肾上腺是机体重要的内分泌腺,其神经支配是研究神经──内分泌活动的基础。研究投射于肾上腺神经元的定位主要有染质溶解法和辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)法。本文综述了投射于肾上腺的交感节前神经元、交感节后神经元、初级感觉神经元的定位和节段性分布、脊髓前角神经元和肾上腺的联系,表明支配肾上腺的神经元广泛分布于脊髓、椎旁节、后根节、腹腔肠膜前神经节、主动脉肾神经节、迷走神经结状节
The adrenal gland is an important endocrine gland in the body and its innervation is the basis for the study of nerves-endocrine activity. The study focused on the localization of adrenal neurons with dye-solubilization and horseradish peroxidase (HRP). This review summarizes the relationship between the location of the sympathetic preganglionic neurons, the sympathetic postganglionic neurons, the primary sensory neurons and the segmental distribution of the adrenal glands, the relationship between the anterior spinal cord neurons and the adrenal gland, suggesting that the adrenal neurons are widely distributed in Spinal cord, paraspinal ganglion, dorsal root ganglion, anterior intestinal mesenteric ganglion, aortic renal ganglion, vagus nerve nodose
