目的:探讨螺旋CT表面遮盖显示(简称SSD)和多平面重建术(简称MPR)在骨关节创伤中的临床应用价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析我院收治经X线和螺旋CTSSD和MPR证实的骨折病例50例。SSD和MPR以横断面螺旋扫描图像为基础,层厚2~5mm、螺距1~15、重建间距1~5mm。结果:所有病例CT横断面、SSD和MPR像均明确地显示了骨折,SSD像立体地显示了骨折线的长短、形态、走向,碎骨片的形态、大小、空间位置以及骨折的移位和关节对位状况,跨关节MPR像显示关节受累和关节腔内游离碎骨片更佳。结论:螺旋CT的SSD和MPR像能提供骨关节创伤非常有价值的空间关系信息,其表现接近病理解剖,临床应用价值大,利于临床医师选择治疗方案和制订手术计划。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of spiral CT surface masking (SSD) and multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) in the treatment of osteoarthritis. Materials and Methods: A retrospective analysis of 50 cases of fractures confirmed by X-ray and spiral CTSSD and MPR in our hospital. The SSD and MPR are based on a cross-sectional helical scan with a slice thickness of 2 to 5 mm, a pitch of 1 to 15, and a reconstruction pitch of 1 to 5 mm. Results: The CT cross-sectional images, SSD and MPR images of all cases clearly showed fractures. The SSD images showed the fracture line length, shape, orientation, bone fragment morphology, size, spatial location and fracture displacement in three dimensions Joint alignment status, cross-joint MPR images show joint involvement and intra-articular bone fragments better. Conclusion: The SSD and MPR images of spiral CT can provide very valuable spatial relationship information of osteoarticular trauma. The performance of this method is similar to that of pathological anatomy. It is of great value in clinical application, which helps clinicians to choose the treatment plan and make the surgical plan.
