为了对提升机卷筒结构进行优化,通过人工免疫算法(AI)和粒子群算法(PSO)的结合形成人工免疫粒子群算法(AI-PSO),解决粒子群算法的早熟问题,增大了全局搜索能力。借助提升机卷筒质量的数学模型,以卷筒质量最轻为目标函数,分别应用PSO、AI-PSO对提升机卷筒进行优化。结果表明,AI-PSO优化速度更快,优化效果更好,可为提升机卷筒的设计提供参考。
In order to optimize the structure of the hoist drum, artificial immune particle swarm optimization (AI-PSO) is combined by artificial immune algorithm (AI) and particle swarm optimization (PSO) to solve the premature problem of particle swarm optimization and increase the overall Search ability. With the mathematical model of hoist drum quality, the lightest drum as the objective function, PSO and AI-PSO were respectively used to optimize the hoist drum. The results show that AI-PSO can optimize more quickly and has better optimization effect, which can provide reference for hoist drum design.
