用薄层色谱法对９味中药组成的龙胆泻肝汤制剂中的甘草、当归、黄芩同时进行两种方法的定性鉴别。经对不同批号和加速试验样品进行实验，结果表明该法可作为本品的鉴别方法，且简便、可靠，重现性好。 Thin-layer chromatography was used to qualitatively identify the licorice, angelica and astragalus in the formula of Longdanxiegan Decoction composed of 9 Chinese herbs. After experiments on different batch numbers and accelerated test samples, the results show that this method can be used as the identification method of this product, and it is simple, reliable, and has good reproducibility.
