一般的黄酮类化合物B环4′位都存在取代基,但从黄芩(scutellaria baicalensis)毛状根分离的以黄芩甙为主的黄酮类化合物B环4′位不存在取代基。为了阐明其原理,对黄芩毛状根的查耳酮合酶的cDNA进行了克隆与分析。
Substituents are usually present in the 4′ position of the B ring of general flavonoids, but there is no substituent at the B′ position of the B ring of the astragalus-based flavonoids isolated from hairy roots of Scutellaria baicalensis. In order to elucidate its principle, the cDNA of chalcone synthase from hairy roots of Astragalus membranaceus was cloned and analyzed.
