秋季,指我国农历7、8、9月,包括立秋、处暑、白露、秋分、寒露、霜降6个节气。秋气应肺,而秋季干燥的气候极易伤损肺阴,从而产生口干咽燥、干咳少痰、皮肤干燥、便秘等症状,重者还会咳中带血,所以秋季养生要防燥。在燥气中还暗含秋凉,人们经夏季过多的发泄之后,机体各组织系统均处于水分相对贫乏的状态,如果这时再受风着凉,极易引发头痛、鼻塞、胃痛、关节痛等一系列症状,甚至旧病复发或诱发新病。老年人和体质较弱者对这种变化适应性和耐受力较差,更应注意防凉。
