目的:观察蜂胶与姜黄配伍对高脂血症模型大鼠血脂的影响。方法:实验设蜂胶加姜黄提取物低剂量组、蜂胶加姜黄提取物中剂量组、蜂胶加姜黄提取物高剂量组、蜂胶组、姜黄提取物组、水对照组和山茶油对照组,分别观察其对高脂血症模型大鼠体重、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的影响。结果:在本实验中,与水对照组比较,蜂胶加姜黄提取物低、中、高剂量均能降低高脂血症大鼠血清TC、TG含量;蜂胶加姜黄提取物高、中剂量能提高大鼠血清HDL-C含量;而蜂胶具有降低TC的作用,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蜂胶加姜黄具有增效降血脂的功能。
Objective: To observe the effect of compatibility of propolis and turmeric on the blood lipid of hyperlipidemia model rats. Methods: In the experiment, propolis plus turmeric extract low dose group, propolis plus turmeric extract middle dose group, propolis plus turmeric extract high dose group, propolis group, turmeric extract group, water control group and camellia oil control group were observed On the body weight, serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in hyperlipidemic rats. Results: Compared with the water control group, propolis plus turmeric extract low, medium and high doses can reduce serum TC, TG content of hyperlipidemic rats; propolis plus turmeric extract high and medium dose can be increased Serum HDL-C content; while propolis has a role in reducing TC, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Propolis plus turmeric has the function of lowering blood pressure.
