目的调查了解某省现有核和辐射突发事件应急医学资源情况,同时分析存在的问题,方法按照全国核和辐射突发事件应急医学资源调查方案及表格填写说明所确定的统一方法。结果某省核和辐射突发事件应急医学资源参差不齐,应急医学资源整体水平亟待提高。结论国家应增加核与放射应急专项经费的投入,确保应急储备;发布核与放射应急相关操作准则或指南,提高应急水平和能力。 Objective To investigate the status of emergency medical resources of existing nuclear and radiation emergency incidents in a province, and analyze the existing problems. Methods According to the national nuclear and radiation emergencies emergency medical resources investigation plan and form, fill out the instructions to determine the unified method. Results The emergency medical resources of nuclear and radiation emergencies in a province were uneven, and the overall level of emergency medical resources needed to be improved. Conclusion The state should increase the investment in nuclear and radiological emergency special funds to ensure emergency reserve; issue operational guidelines or guidelines related to nuclear and radiological emergencies and improve emergency response levels and capabilities.
