To investigate the clinical significance of heat stress protein 70 (HSP70) in patients with heat stroke and to find out its role in heat stress and heat adaptation, West heat blot was used to determine the effect of heat stroke in 74 patients with heat stroke and 30 normal controls And 9 patients before and after treatment in the plasma HSP70 levels. The results showed that mild heat stroke HSP70 levels were 45 51 ± 1838.1, severe heat stroke group was 4137.8 ± 12 0 7.5 compared with the normal control group 6 0 43.5 ± 135 4.8, the groups were highly significant difference (P < 0 .0 1), but there was no significant difference between mild heat stroke and severe heat stroke group (P> 0.05). The HSP70 level of 9 patients before hospitalization was slightly higher than that at hospitalization, though there was no significant difference (P> 0.05), but the added value of HSP70 after treatment was significantly correlated with hospitalization days Negative correlation (r = -0.849,). Research suggests that HSP70 may play an important role in the occurrence and recovery of heat stroke.
