目的观察姜黄素(Cur)对糖尿病大鼠肾脏的保护作用。方法链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为DM组和DM+Cur组,另设一正常对照(NC)组,每组10只。DM+Cur组给予姜黄素200mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)灌胃,为期8周。然后进行肾脏形态学和生化指标观察。结果 DM组大鼠血TC、TG、LDL-C、Ccr、UAER、UAlb/Cr、肾小球平均截面积(MGA)和肾小球平均体积(MGV)均显著高于NC组(P<0.01或P<0.05),而HDL-C低于NC组(P<0.05)。DM组大鼠肾小球明显增大,基底膜节段性增厚,部分足细胞足突融合。DM+Cur组上述异常均明显减轻。结论姜黄素可明显减轻糖尿病大鼠肾脏肥大,降低尿白蛋白,其肾脏保护作用可能与降脂作用有关。
Objective To observe the protective effect of curcumin on kidney of diabetic rats. Methods The streptozotocin-induced diabetic rat models were randomly divided into DM group and DM+Cur group, and a normal control (NC) group was established. Each group contained 10 rats. Curcumin 200 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 was given to mice in the DM+Cur group for 8 weeks. Then kidney morphology and biochemical indicators were observed. Results The TC, TG, LDL-C, Ccr, UAER, UAlb/Cr, glomerular mean cross-sectional area (MGA) and glomerular mean volume (MGV) of DM rats were significantly higher than those of NC group (P<0.01). Or P<0.05), while HDL-C was lower than NC group (P<0.05). The glomeruli of rats in DM group were significantly enlarged, the basement membrane was thickened segmentally, and some podocyte foot processes were fused. The abnormalities in the DM+Cur group were significantly reduced. Conclusion Curcumin can significantly reduce renal hypertrophy in diabetic rats and reduce urinary albumin. The protective effect of curcumin may be related to lipid-lowering effect.
