本文对来自7省、市35个厂家的市售化妆品真菌污染状况检测作了报道。58份样品中真菌污染率36.21%,检出真菌440株,分属12个种属。优势菌为芽枝霉,其他有产生杂色曲霉素的杂色曲霉和构巢曲霉、产生单端孢烯族毒素的顶孢头孢霉、诱发人食管癌及皮肤感染后导致交链孢霉病的交链孢霉、引起人角膜炎症的新月弯孢霉及临床致病性较强的白色假丝酵母等。提示真菌对化妆品的污染较为严重。
This article reports on the detection of fungal contamination of commercial cosmetics from 35 provinces and cities in 7 provinces and cities. The fungal contamination rate of 58 samples was 36.21%, 440 fungi were detected, belonging to 12 species. The dominant bacteria are budding mildew, others are Aspergillus versicolor producing Aspergillus versicolor and Aspergillus nidulans, resulting in a single-terminal toxin toxin Cephalosporium acremonium, inducing human esophageal cancer and skin infections leading to Alternaria Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Neisseria gonorrhoeae causing human corneal inflammation and Candida albicans with strong clinical pathogenicity.
