选用自然杀伤(NK)活性测定、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)和白细胞介素2(IL-2)诱生水平检测3项免疫指标研究黄芪(A)和刺五加(AS)合剂(简称A-AS合剂)对小鼠免疫功能的影响。并比较A-AS合剂及A或AS单剂的作用。结果显示:环磷酰胺(Cy)组所有免疫指标均显著低于正常对照组(P<0.001);Cy+A-AS组与Cy+A或AS组所有免疫指标均高于Cy组,但Cy+A-AS组又明显高于Cy+A或AS组。结果表明A-AS的作用明显强于A或AS,A-AS合剂对小鼠免疫功能有上调作用,而且A与AS具有一定的协同作用。
Select natural killer (NK) activity assay, tumour necrosis factor (TNF) and interleukin 2 (IL-2) induced levels to detect three immune indicators study Astragalus (A) and Acanthopanax (AS) mixture (abbreviated as A- AS mixture) effects on immune function in mice. Compare the effects of A-AS mixture and A or AS single agent. The results showed that all immune parameters in the cyclophosphamide (Cy) group were significantly lower than the normal control group (P<0.001); all immune indexes in Cy+A-AS group and Cy+A or AS group were higher than Cy group, but Cy The +A-AS group was also significantly higher than the Cy+A or AS group. The results showed that the effect of A-AS was significantly stronger than that of A or AS. A-AS mixture had an upregulation of immune function in mice, and A and AS had certain synergistic effects.
